How Morillo Hudson, as operator of RILORI, collects, uses, protects and gives customers control over information processed through the RILORI platform.
Information we process
We process account details, workspace configuration, billing identifiers, user instructions, uploaded knowledge, connected-source content selected by the customer, activity records and technical security information needed to operate the service.
How information is used
Information is used to provide Digital Twins, retrieve authorized knowledge, synchronize customer-selected integrations, secure accounts, enforce policies, support customers, measure service reliability and comply with lawful obligations.
Customer knowledge and model processing
Private knowledge remains scoped to the customer workspace. When a customer selects an external model provider, the context required for an authorized inference request is sent to that provider over encrypted transport. Customers should review and configure their selected provider appropriately.
Encryption and access
Supported sensitive content is protected with application-layer AES-256-GCM encryption. Data-encryption keys are wrapped by a server-held master key. Browser clients are not granted access to wrapped data keys. Operational metadata may remain readable to authorized systems so the platform can route, search and audit work.
Retention and deletion
Customers can delete supported sources and records through the product. Backup, audit, fraud-prevention or legal-retention copies may persist for a limited period where required. Enterprise configurations may define additional retention controls.
Rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or export of personal information. Workspace administrators control organization content and connected sources.
