Terms of Service
The commercial and operational terms for accessing RILORI, operated by Morillo Hudson, including Digital Twins, the Network and related services.
Service and accounts
Customers are responsible for accurate account information, authorized users, credential security and all activity performed through their workspace. Access may be suspended to protect customers, the service or third parties.
Customer content
Customers retain their rights in content they provide and grant Morillo Hudson the limited rights needed to host, process, secure and transmit it to deliver requested services. Customers must have authority to provide connected content and personal information.
AI outputs and human responsibility
Digital Twin and Council outputs may contain errors and are not a substitute for qualified legal, financial, medical or other licensed professional advice. Customers remain responsible for decisions, approvals and external actions.
Enterprise controls
Policy, approval, evaluation, encryption and audit controls reduce risk but do not guarantee that every threat, error or regulatory obligation will be detected. Customer configuration and human oversight remain essential.
Fees and usage
Paid access is subject to the selected order, usage allowances and billing terms. Third-party services such as model, communication or live-video providers may create additional usage costs when enabled.
Availability and changes
The service may evolve, and features may be updated for security, reliability or product reasons. Material reductions to paid commitments should be handled according to the applicable order or customer agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate as permitted by the applicable plan or order. Customers should export required records before termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive will continue.
